With over 10 years of corporate HR and recruitment expertise — including leadership roles in training, development, and luxury concierge hiring — our founder, brings unmatched insight into what makes a placement truly succeed.

After navigating a major corporate layoff, she launched Evie’s Cleaners, growing it into a thriving operation with over 10 staff members and 100+ clients. The success and demand for vetted, reliable professionals led to the expansion into temp and temp-to-hire staffing — and ultimately, the creation of Park Ave Estate Staffing, a separate brand built exclusively for luxury homes, estates, and private offices.

Today, her mission is rooted in expertise, service excellence, and community impact — helping people find meaningful work while helping families experience a higher level of support.
